Terms and conditions

Only fee-paying participants will be permitted access to the classrooms or training areas. Please do not bring pets to our training courses.

Requirements

For the Practical & Manoeuvring Caravan Courses you will need to bring a towing vehicle which has 70-80mm between bumper and the centre of the towball to allow clearance of the caravan hitch. It should be insured for your use, please check the Third Party Liability Insurance Cover includes towing a caravan. Caravans are provided. Please note to get the full benefit of the Practical Caravanning Course you must attend both day and a half.

The one day Caravan Manoeuvring course is not suitable for beginners.

For the Motorhome Manoeuvring Courses you will be using your own motorhome which needs to be insured for your use.

Non attendance - cancellation

  • If notification is received at Club offices 2 weeks or more before the Course the full fee will be refunded LESS the Course administration charge of £20.00.
  • If notification is received at Club offices less than 2 weeks before the Course a 50% refund LESS the Course administration charge £20.00 will be made.
  • NO refund will be given if notification is received within 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Course.

If you wish to cancel your Course place, in the first instance please inform The Events Department at Club Offices and, if cancelling on the day of a Course, please advise the Training Centre also.

Transfer of booking

If having enrolled on a Course, you transfer your booking to another date or venue, an administration charge of £20.00 will be made per person. If the transfer is made within 48 hours prior to the commencement of the original booking, a further charge of 50% of the Course fee will be made. Bookings can not be transferred to the following year.

Cancellation of Course

If, for any reason, a Course is cancelled, those accepted on the Course will be offered an alternative Course where possible or refunded the full fee. In normal circumstances you will be notified of cancellation at least ten days before the date the Course was due to commence. No administration charge will be due in these circumstances.
