This delightful caravan park is close to the South West Coastal Footpath for unforgettable walks, the Plym Valley Cycleway for those keen to experience some wonderful scenery by bike and many lovely beaches. The site is a great option for dog owners; nearby you'll find a dog-friendly pub and a sandy beach, with a large dog walk on site.
Apart from the varied restaurant and shopping choices offered by the city, the convenient distance of the caravan site to Plymouth offers the opportunity to visit its historic dockyard and take to the water on a scenic harbour cruise. The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth is a fantastic attraction for all ages. Also not to be missed is the nearby historic Morwellham Quay, a lovingly reconstructed Victorian copper port, as well as Buckland Abbey, the ancient monastery once owned by Francis Drake. Nearby National Trust property Saltram is also a great day out, with gardens offering a beautiful display during the summer months. A short drive from site you can explore the wild landscapes of Dartmoor, or discover the quaint fishing villages and dramatic coast of the South Hams area.
