Day 1 – Begin at Camping Fontanelle (Y01)

Settle in to your pitch before joining your tour hosts and fellow members for a welcome meeting and dinner.

Day 2 – Visit the magnificent city of Verona

Enjoy a full day coach excursion to Verona, a city teeming with Roman history and architecture. Follow the troubled tale of Romeo and Juliet as you meander through the majestic alleyways and bustling piazzas. Gaze at the legendary Arena di Verona, one of the best preserved amphitheatres in Italy, which is still used for open-air opera concerts today. 

Day 3 – Enjoy free time at your leisure

You could explore one of the pretty lakeside towns like Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda.

Day 4 – Boat trip to Isola del Garda

Relax and enjoy the spectacular views on a boat trip to the largest island on Lake Garda, Isola del Garda. A guided tour of the island will take in the beautiful gardens and stunning architecture of the Venetian, neo-Gothic style villa. Spend the afternoon at your leisure exploring the attractive town of Salò with its striking mountain backdrop and the longest promenade on Lake Garda. 

Day 5 – Enjoy your final day at Lake Garda at your leisure

Day 6 – Travel to Camping Ca’Savio (Y02)

Take a stroll along the wide, sandy beach before joining your Tour Hosts and fellow members for a welcome drink and dinner.

Day 7 – Guided tour of Venice

Enjoy a boat trip to Venice, taking in this breathtaking city built on hundreds of tiny lagoon islands, linked by bridges. Enter the vast St Mark’s square and wonder at the beautiful Doges’ Palace (Palazzo Ducale) and the grand Basilica di San Marco with its impressive Campanile bell tower. This guided walking tour provides the perfect introduction to this mystical city.

Day 8 – Enjoy free time at your leisure

Day 9 – Travel to the islands of the lagoon boat

A boat trip will take you to the lagoon islands of Murano, famous for its glassmaking industry, and Burano, which is known for its brightly coloured houses and lace manufacturing. You will also visit the smaller island of Torcello with its pretty cathedral. Spend time exploring these fascinating islands at your leisure.

Day 11 – Arrive at Centro Vacanze San Marino (Y04)

Travel south to the independent country of San Marino and meet up with your fellow members and tour hosts for a welcome meal.

Day 12 – Explore the City of San Marino

Discover the medieval town of San Marino on this guided excursion. Explore the narrow cobbled streets and admire the impressive Basilica di San Marino and its prominent towers. Spend the afternoon exploring at your leisure, you may want to take the cable car and enjoy the spectacular views of the Adriatic coast.

Day 13 – Enjoy free time at your leisure

Day 14 – A day of gastronomy

Start your day with an excursion to the medieval town of Mondaino to visit the ancient Mill of Porta di Sotto where the famous 'Formaggio di Fossa' or 'pit cheese' is made. Afterwards visit a local farm to enjoy a wine tasting. Complete your gastronomic experience with a cookery lesson at the campsite, where you will make a delicious Piadina Romagnola, a delicacy typical of this region.

Day 15 – Travel to Roma Capitol 

Relax in the Italian sunshine before joining your fellow members and tour hosts for a welcome meeting and meal in the evening.

Day 16 – Enjoy free time at your leisure

Day 17 – 25: Rome, Florence and Siena

Day 17 – Take a guided tour of Rome

Enjoy this coach excursion to ‘The Eternal City’, which boasts world famous sites such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Vatican City. A guided tour will take in these magnificent structures as well as the Pantheon and the Piazza Venezia.

Day 18 – Enjoy free time at your leisure

Day 19 – Travel to Firenze Camping in Town

Settle in at the campsite then enjoy a welcome meeting and drink.

Day 20 – Excursion to Florence

Visit the capital of Tuscany and the birthplace of the Renaissance on this full day coach excursion, wonder at the magnificent sites of the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Afterwards enjoy a delicious lunch at the Palazzo Borghese.

Day 21 – Enjoy free time at your leisure

Day 22 – Discover Siena

This full day coach excursion will take you to the majestic city of Siena with its spectacular architecture of the San Domenico church and the vast Piazza del Campo. A guided tour will take in these famous sites, and you will visit the impressive Duomo (cathedral). Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore the city further.

Day 23 – A Chianti wine tasting excursion

This half day coach excursion will take you to Castello di Verrazzano, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Enjoy a guided visit of the castle’s gardens and the historical cellars, before taking the opportunity to taste their delicious wines.

Day 24 – Free time at your leisure

In the evening there will be a farewell meal at the campsite restaurant.

Day 25 – Depart the campsite
