Why stay here ...

Situated near a lovely beach facing St Ives Bay, the Godrevy Park Club Campsite is popular in summer. Its rear gate gives you access to gorse covered sand dunes, through which a ten-minute walk leads to a scenic cliff path facing St Ives bay. A beach-side car park is a convenient 1 mile drive away from the caravan park.

Located in Hale, Godrevy Park Club Campsite offers easy access to the many quaint Cornish fishing villages peppered across the coastline, such as Coverack, Cadgwith, Mullion, Porthleven, Newlyn and Mousehole. The area enjoys the best of both worlds - quiet exploration in beautiful natural settings and plenty of attractions in nearby villages for a fun family day out, not to mention a chance to sample the excellent local cuisine. If you're interested in National Trust sites and fairly fit, the climb up towards St Michael's Mount will be well worth the effort. You may also enjoy a wander around Glendurgan and Trelissick gardens. During the school summer break, this caravan site literally buzzes with life. A fish and chip van visits the site, please ask site staff for details.

Love this site

Godrevy Park Club Campsite
Very close to home, but a world away. The light here is just amazing, and the location and access to the beautiful beach through the dunes is just breathtaking. Site is quiet and very well cared for, thanks to the excellent wardens. This was only a quick overnight stop as it was all we could fit in, and the weather closed in as we arrived (as it can do) but the following morning the sun was out and we had a fabulous walk. Could do with a shelf, or a stool and some more hooks in the showers, and some in the entrance area of the shower block, a minor niggle, but apart from that everything is perfect and we will continue to use this site regularly. Thank you to the wardens.

A slice of heaven

Godrevy Park Club Campsite
We stayed here for 4 nights and what a lovely 4 nights it was (we really didn't want to go home!) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pitch was perfect with a lovely view of the sand dunes. Facilities were clean and tidy. Beach was fairly close, but don't get lost in the dunes like we did. There is a pub in the village (about a 15min walk. We will be back here very soon. Thank you.

A lovely site

Godrevy Park Club Campsite
We have been coming to this site for a number of years. It is always clean and tidy, with good facilities, and is well laid out, so that outfits are not all crowded together. Excellent for dogs and surfers alike, as the beaches and dunes are just a short walk away. Plenty of facilities in the local town of Hayle, with fuel, supermarkets, and of course pasties readily available. It can however get very windy and those with awnings are advised to have storm straps This year we were disappointed to see that an area of hedging had been ripped out and replaced with ugly post-and-rail fencing. Not only does this deprive some pitches of protection from the wind, it also removes much needed wild life habitat. An additional disappointment for a club site was the attitude one of this year's assistant wardens. Over hearing how she spoke to one of the members, she could do with some customer care retraining! Overall though, a lovely site.

Being by the sea

Godrevy Park Club Campsite
We love this site, one of our favs esp the location. Very clean and well kept. Reception very friendly. So convenient for the beautiful Gwithian Towans dunes and very long beach. Walks from the door. Dogs love it as much as we do. We always feel sad leaving this site and area.
