Fantastic Stay.

Littlehampton Club Campsite
Lovely site, facilities clean and well organised. Wardens are all very friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. They all have have wealth of knowledge of the local area. Morrisons is a short walk away, Littlehampton beach and Arundel are within walking distance too. Would throughly recommend fish and chips on a Friday evening from the van that visits the site. Our first time here but definitely will be returning.

Great site spoilt

Littlehampton Club Campsite
First thing to be said is what really lovely wardens: friendly, welcoming, helpful and appropriately embarrassed by the behaviour of some visitors. We arrived half an hour early after a nightmare journey round the M25, and were very politely asked to come back later, reassured we would be dealt with rapidly. We found a place to park up, at no inconvenience to local residents, just 25 metres from the entrance. In the next few minutes a convoy of caravans arrived, blocking the road both ways, ignoring us (surely waiting to enter) and ignored all pleas to go away. We now found ourselves behind half a dozen and, though we were admirably checked in by apologetic staff, now left with little choice of pitch. Hey ho. The facilities were spotless and we were helped with local cycle routes. On our first night we tolerated the children screeching in the park until dark - it's a family site and half term so we sucked it up. But the infestation of dogs and their incessant yapping was tedious and I really don't fancy using grass pitches which have been liberally peed on by dogs - I saw it happening. During our second night, at 2am, a vehicle alarm went off and woke us. It happens. No big deal. But the couple in the trailer tent next to us took up a two hour long conversation so loud and constant I was reluctant to complain for fear it was a domestic! (It wasn't - they told my wife the next morning that it's an issue being in what is basically a tent! Talk quietly then. On departure, the driver of a Moho emptying waste water at the services, moved forward a bit when he'd finished, walked off and left two of us behind waiting, twiddling their thumbs until he deigned to return so we could empty! My simple point is: this is a nice site but our stay was spoilt by a lot of selfishness. Parents, check your kids please, dog owners don't inflict their mess and noise on others and campers just have a thought for others' good time as well as your own, please.

Another great stay at littlehampton

Littlehampton Club Campsite
Another short break at the lovely littlehampton site. A warm welcome from Jane and Tony and the site looked great. A nice service pitch tucked in the corner, level and close to facilities. Everything clean and useable, all facilities open. Great to be back after the winter and shall be returning soon!

Little Gem

Littlehampton Club Campsite
Delightful campsite. Typically clean and well laid out. Enhanced by the friendliness of all the staff. Some road noise, but this can be alleviated by selecting your pitch. Particularly bad on the left hand side after the barrier. Very good dog walk with secure fencing - not huge, but adequate. No real walk from site. West Beach great for dogs, Height barrier for West Beach car park but road parking available opposite the golf course. There is a round walk going past the golf club and back along the beach, but this does get overgrown with nettles, so long trousers necessary. Biggest problem with the area is height barriers on most car parks, even National Trust. Nowhere to park on sea-front for motorhomes or camper vans (height barrier) Avoid Fred's fish and chip shop in Littlehampton - poor quality - better shop two doors away

Great location

Littlehampton Club Campsite
Great site, close to road but ideal for walking to Littlehampton or Arundel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bit windy on our first day so gave up with the awning but otherwise a great find!
