Why stay here ...

Undoubtedly one of the prettiest sites in Cornwall, Treamble Valley Club Campsite is a 36-acre woodland park set in an undulating valley. With sea views, charming pitching enclaves, a secluded play area for children and one of the most extensive dog walks/walking trails in the area, the caravan park is ideal for families looking for an unforgettable holiday. The site is a fantastic location for wildlife enthusiasts; you may be lucky enough to spot rabbits, buzzards, bats and owls, all from the comfort of your 'van. It's also perfectly positioned for some spectacular sunsets.

Treamble Valley Club Campsite in Truro is also well located for excursions to attractive local towns and villages. Newquay, Cornwall's premier holiday and surfing resort, is only 5 miles away and boasts eleven magnificent beaches plus a great range of fun facilities. Smaller Perranporth offers its own 3 mile golden beach as well as plenty of interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. Also not to be missed are Holywell Bay, beautiful Crantock village and National Trust Trerice Manor. An excellent base for touring Cornwall and arguably the closest club site to the beautiful Eden Project (one of the UK's top gardens and conservation tourist attractions) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, it's no wonder the Treamble Valley Park is so popular.

Lovely site

Treamble Valley Club Campsite
Lovely site, well maintained and good facilities. The road to the site is single track for around a mile so a bit hair raising if you are towing and meet another caravan coming the other way! Great grassy area just outside the site for early arrivals though and they don't seem to mind you pulling up there and getting the deckchairs out/walking the dog or using the facilities whilst you wait to check in. Friendly wardens and staff Excellent park for children with great equipment - kind of hidden away though so if you have younger children watch out for the teenage bullies that seem to appear early evening. The on site food vans were a bit disappointing; pizza was sold out within an hour of arriving and had to wait an hour for fish and chips - the customer service was a bit lacking too. Lovely craft tree on site for children to show off crafts they've made following purchases from the site shop. Small fairy village too which is very sweet for the little ones. Phone signal non existant and WiFi very poor - only get signal near the toilet block and shop so not really worth paying for. TV signal OK but you can purchase a booster from the shop. Ideal if you want a 'get away from it all' hol though!

Paradise

Treamble Valley Club Campsite
My second time staying here had a lovely grass pitch the sun was shining and it was so peaceful and quiet. The grounds are kept immaculate, the showers and toilets spotless, the wardens and staff friendly. The beaches at Perranporth and Holywell Bay a short drive away. Hope to be returning later on in the year as this is my favourite site.

Fantastic campsite in stunning location

Treamble Valley Club Campsite
This was my very first stay on a club owned campsite and we were delighted by both the location, the generous well kept pitches, the warm shower blocks (still cold in April) and the most important part, the wonderful and welcoming team who all looked after the site and us beautifully. We have chosen to use the site's temporary storage facility from April - November so this will not be our last stay. We have a small microcaravan and therefore needed all the wonderful facilities the site had to offer, clean warm shower blocks, nice laundry room with full information on the area and maps and details of activities nearby. We had two full days of simply breathtaking coastal hiking and we are so pleased we have chosen this site, despite the long drive from London. There are several footpaths starting directly from the site so walkers will be happy. My husband had internet phone connection with his provider but I had none with EE unless I walked up the hill to the entrance to the site. This lead to a peaceful time! Many thanks to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay on a spotless and beautifully kept site - we particularly liked the thoughtful herb 'garden' spot by the shower blocks! With thanks and looking forward to our next visit, Felicity
