Baltic Wharf Club Campsite

Significant construction works on the regeneration of Bristol's Western Harbour area is currently ongoing directly outside of the site grounds and will continue until the end of 2022 at the earliest. Noise disruption whilst on site can be expected seven days per week between 7am-7pm.

Access into the site has become difficult due to the severity of the road works being carried out on Cumberland Road by the local authority. We strongly recommend that you do not visit the site if your outfit exceeds the following lengths:

  • Maximum motorhome length is 8 metres.
  • Maximum length for car and caravan is 12 metres (twin axle caravans will not be able to make the turn).

This is beyond the control of the Club and we are sorry for any disappointment that this causes.

Route Diversions: Due to road closures, please do not use Sat Nav. Please see the directions provided under the 'Map' tab on the campsite page.

Bearstead Club Campsite

Night Road Closures

Phase 1: Closure Monday 6 June-Thursday 16 June (Westbound/Maidstone-bound)

  • Works are to be undertaken between 21:00-5:00 Monday to Friday nights with no working planned on Saturday or Sunday nights. During this phase of works it will be necessary to fully close the A20 Ashford Road to westbound traffic from the Park Gate Inn to beyond the A20/M20 link roundabout.

Phase 2: Closure Friday 17 June-Friday 25 June (Eastbound/Ashford-bound)

  • Works are to be undertaken between 21:00-5:00 Monday to Friday nights. During this phase of works it will be necessary to fully close the A20 Ashford Road to eastbound traffic from the 20/M20 link roundabout to beyond the B2163 Penfold Half roundabout.

There will be additional restrictions at the following locations:

Eyhorne Street will be closed between Musket Lane and the A20 Ashford Road, The A20 Ashford bound flyover will be closed to traffic. Traffic exiting B2163 Penfold Hill will be prohibited from turning right towards Ashford but can continue to turn left towards Maidstone.

Black Knowl Club Campsite

The New Forest Marathon will be held on Sunday 11 September 2022 resulting in the closure of Rhinefield Road between the A35 and Beachern Wood Car Park from 9:00am-3:30pm. Site guests and departures can exit site any time before 10:00am but must exit left towards Brockenhurst Village. The site access road will then be closed between 10:15am - 3:15pm with no vehicle access to or from site between these times. Arrivals will need to plan their route to arrive after 3:15pm, and those departing will need to leave by 10:00am to ensure they avoid the road closure which will be in place by 10:15am. Please be aware there will be heightened traffic and pedestrian volumes in the area and there may still be marathon runners on the road.

Bridport Bingham Grange Club Campsite

The A31 at Ringwood will be closed from January till November 2022. A contraflow will be in operation. A diversion will be in place for Westbound traffic joining at Ringwood. Check Highways England for more information.

Bromyard Downs Club Campsite

From 23 May for a week the tree surgeons will be closing one side of the road which runs along the back of the site. They will be carrying out the tree works so there could be additional noise to the site and traffic congestion due to the traffic light system in place.

Bunree Club Campsite

Work will commence on the new play area from Friday 6 May 2022 and there may be some noise disruption.

Burrs Country Park Club Campsite

The Bury Agricultural show will be taking place adjacent to the site on Sunday 26 June.

Castleton Club Campsite

Following roofing works there is currently no access to the Games Room, Laundry Room, Drying Room & Information Room due to scaffolding around the block.

Cayton Village Club Campsite

House building works are taking place on the field adjacent to the upper part of the site which may generate noise throughout the 2022 season.

Cirencester Park Club Campsite

Many exciting events are held in the neighbouring estate grounds during the year. For further information and to book tickets at events open to the public please visit the Bathurst Estates website. Please note that on event dates, traffic levels along the access road will increase and access to areas within the estates grounds, including dog walk areas, may be restricted. During some events, amplified music/tannoy volumes may be heard on site.

The following events are being held outside Bathurst Estate grounds:-

  • 15-17 July: Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford. Traffic delays are likely and some noise can be expected from low flying aircraft.
  • 27-28 August: Phoenix Festival held in the Abbey Grounds. Some noise may be experienced due to the amplified music but this festival is free to enter should you wish to join the family fun. For more information see www.phoenix-festival.co.uk.

Clachan Club Campsite

During April and May major road works will be taking place on the Aberfeldy Road outside the site between 8am and 6pm. As a result some noise disruption may be heard throughout the site.

Coniston Park Coppice Club Campsite

From Monday 20 June for approx 4 nights the A5084 at Water Yeat will be closed due to roadworks. This will affect access to/from the site between the hours of 7pm and 7am. A diversion will be in place via the southern side of Lake Coniston, however this will not be suitable for caravans/motorhomes. It is recommended that you travel via Windermere and Ambleside, accessing the site from the north. Please feel free to contact the site team for more route detailed information.  

Crossways Club Campsite

The A31 at Ringwood will be closed from January till November 2022. A contraflow will be in operation. A diversion will be in place for Westbound traffic joining at Ringwood. Check Highways England.

Crystal Palace Club Campsite

The Wireless Festival will be taking place from Saturday 2 July and Sunday 3 July at the Crystal Palace park. It may cause some noise disruption to those staying on site.

Dockray Meadows Club Campsite

There are temporary traffic lights approximately 50 metres from the site entrance near the signpost for Croasdale and Ennerdale Lake. They are expected to be in place until at least the end of 2022.

Durham Grange Club Campsite

Until 2025 roadworks are taking place along the A1 at Gateshead which will affect traffic to and from the site. Please follow the diversion in place, expect increased journey times and refer to online traffic alerts and the National Highways website for up to date information.

There will be planned essential tree work being carried out on site on the 13 and 14 of June. There will be machinery noise and pitch restrictions on those days, we may also have to close the childrens play area for a few hours on the 14th June.

There will be no shop or gas available on site this season.

Exebridge Lakeside Club Campsite

There will be building work taking place to the left of the site entrance. We have been promised that noise and disruption will be kept to a minimum.

Exeter Racecourse Club Campsite

Intermitten roadworks will be taking place on the A38 near the site until July 2022. The road will be closed between 8pm & 6am with diversions in place.

Freshwater East Club Campsite

There will be road closures on Saturday 2 July and Sunday 3 July due to the Wales Long Course Weekend. For further information please see Sportive Road Closures.

  • Saturday 2 - departures will be between 11am - 1pm and arrivals from 2pm.
  • Sunday 3 - departures will have to leave by 10:30am and arrivals after 2pm.

Gowerton Club Campsite

The back gate into the Elba playing field is currently not accessible following storm damage. We hope to have the gate and fence repair work and removal of trees completed shortly and will reopen the area as soon as possible.

Grafham Water Club Campsite

The Buckden Road to Grafham will be closed from Thursday 9 June for one week. There will be no access from the A1 via the B661, there will be diversions in place from the A14 via Ellington.

The Grafham Beer festival will be taking place on 1 and 2 July at the Village Hall & Grafham Trout Pub. This is a family friendly event with activities for children, as well as live music.

Haycraft Club Campsite

The A31 at Ringwood will be closed from January till November 2022. A contraflow will be in operation. A diversion will be in place for Westbound traffic joining at Ringwood. Check Highways England for more information.

Hawes Club Campsite

Imminent roadworks will be taking place in June which will affect traffic to and from the site, involving the B6255 from Hawes to Ingleton. Please follow the diversion in place, expect increased journey times and refer to online traffic alerts for up to date information.

We are currently refurbishing the cottage on site and the games room is closed until further notice. Please note there may be some noise from machinery in the area where the works are being carried out from approximately 8am.

Hunter's Moon Club Campsite

The A31 at Ringwood will be closed January - November 2022. A contraflow will be in operation. A diversion will be in place for Westbound traffic joining at Ringwood. Check Highways England for more information.

Littlehampton Club Campsite

There are overnight roadworks taking place at the entrance to the site on 15/16 June. There may be noise disruption from 8pm onwards. 

Longleat Club Campsite

Due to a cable fault, the TV booster system on a few pitches is currently out of service. Due to the weak TV signal in the local area, you may find the connection to your TV intermittent to non-available. We are investigating the booster system fault and are pending an engineer to attend.

Looe Club Campsite

The swimming pool will be open from mid May to September subject to weather conditions.

Malvern Hills Club Campsite

The WiFi is currently intermittent, we are working to get it back to normal.

The playground area is currently closed due to ongoing repairs.

Maragowan Club Campsite

During April and May major road works will be taking place on the Aberfeldy Road outside the site between 8am and 6pm. As a result some noise disruption may be heard throughout the site.

 

 

Meathop Fell Club Campsite

There will be ongoing electrical works carried out on site to fix an electrical problem until approximately 23 June. There will be noise from machinery and a generator on site. One service point is closed until further notice but we have four other service points available on site.

Essential tree works are being carried out intermittently on site for the next few months.

Modbury Club Campsite

The play park is currently closed awaiting essential repair work.

New Forest Club Campsite

A Cheerleading display and competition is being held at Holmsley Aerodrome on 8-10 July. Please be aware of additional traffic and pedestrians in the area and, as this is approximately 1/2 a mile from site, loud music and crowd noise can be expected.

Northbrook Farm Club Campsite

Due to construction work at the back of the site there maybe some noise disruption that can be heard on the site.

North Yorkshire Moors Club Campsite

Due to ongoing issues with the Bilsdale Television Transmitter (near Helmsley) which caught fire in August 2021, the site is still experiencing some problems with the TV signal being intermittent and unreliable.

Pembrey Country Park Club Campsite

There will be no electricity on site on Wednesday 15 June from 8:30am-3:30pm due to Western Power working on overhead cables on the main road.

Please be aware that there may be some noise from the neighbouring property due to building works.

Penrhos Club Campsite

There is currently no car park available on site.

Rowan Park Club Campsite

There are road works to the east side of the site and there may be some noise and minor delays during the day. To the north side of the site building works have now commenced on the Hyundai garage and there will be noise disruption affecting those staying on site between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Stamford Club Campsite

There will be extensive tree surgery work being carried out by the Forestry Commission during September and October 2022, there will be noise disturbance during this period. The work will be carried out only during weekdays.

Start Bay Club Campsite

Please be aware that there is a road closure with diversions on the A379 at Kingsbridge.

Stonehaven Queen Elizabeth Park Club Campsite

Every Wednesday between 29 June and 10 of August, the adjacent Lido has a midnight disco between 10pm and midnight.

The Sandringham Estate Club Campsite

Notice to dog owners: Incidents of dogs falling ill following a visit to the woodland on the Sandringham Estate can be reported between the months of August and November. This is not specific to the Club site but dog owners should be aware and take precautions when visiting the woodland area around the site. For more information about Seasonal Canine Illness please refer to the Animal Health Trust Website.

Warwick Racecourse Club Campsite

Due to the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Cycling Road Race on Sunday 7 August, several streets will be closed to all traffic between 3am-7pm. This includes the outfit accessible streets leading to the site which means there will be no access in or out of Warwick Racecourse Club Campsite on this date. White House Beach Club Campsite

The play area is currently closed for safety and maintenance reasons.

Wirral Country Park Club Campsite

From 22-23 June we will be installing new boilers on site. During these works there will be no hot water in the toilet blocks and the water supply may be disrupted. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Wyatts Covert Club Campsite

Due to HS2 works in the area there may be background noise at times.

York Rowntree Club Campsite

The York Pride will be taking place in York on Saturday 18 June between approximately 11.45 and 1.30pm. You will be unable to access the site until 2pm. Please do not arrive at the site before 2pm.

York Rowntree Park Site will be entering the main stage of Environmental Flood Alleviation works from approximately 8 November 2021 to 30 June 2022. During this time works will be taking place at the rear of the site and will involve both noise and vibration from large machinery during daylight hours. The normal approach road is currently closed, so please follow the diversion put in place by the local authorities or use postcode YO23 1LS on your SatNav - please do not use the site postcode during these works as this will take you down a dead-end road. Please check the map section on this page for further details.

Due to the York 10k Race on the 7 August 2022, Terry Avenue will be closed from 8:30 to 11:30am. Members leaving the site will be able to depart before 8:30 and between 11:30 to 12:00.
