Caravan Cover

I have been financially impacted as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and am struggling with my payments. What should I do?

If you’re currently having financial difficulties we may be able to help. For example, we can review what cover you need and see if there is a way to reduce the cost of your cover that still ensures it meets your needs.

If it would help to change your payment dates or defer payments for a short period we can look to do that for you. This would mean any deferred payments are spread over the remaining period of your cover.

I’ve returned from a trip abroad but had to leave my caravan overseas. Will it be covered?

Yes, we will continue to cover your caravan while it remains overseas provided you have left it in a suitably safe place and taken all security measures possible to protect your caravan. However, you must arrange to collect your caravan as soon as it is possible for you travel safely (and in line with Government guidelines). If you don’t do this your caravan may not be covered if you then need to make a claim. If you’re unable to collect your caravan due to your personal circumstances, please get in touch with us so we can make a note on your cover and ensure cover can be maintained.
