Eriba

In 1956, young engineer Erwin Hymer began working in his father's repair shop in the southern German town of Bad Waldsee. Just one year later, he developed his first caravan in collaboration with engineer Erich Bachem – the original “ Eriba Troll”. The 1960s saw the introduction of the classic Puck, Faun, Pan, Familia, Triton and Titan models. ERIBA and HYMER merged in 1980 and formed ERIBA-HYMER GmbH, today known as The Erwin Hymer Group.

Eriba have won the Pop Top category three times at our Lightweight Leisure Trailer Awards, the first in 2014 with their Troll 530 (Pop Tops over £12,000) with their Triton 430 (Pop Tops). The Eriba Touring Familia 320 won Pop Tops under 1100kg with Washroom in 2018.
