Can I still use my Club Vouchers when the lockdown eases?

We have now extended the lifespan of the Club Site Vouchers. For those vouchers currently valid until 31 December 2021, they can now be used for a further 12 months, up to and including 31 December 2022.

Do I need to wear a face covering on Club campsites?

We ask that all guests at all of our campsites wear face coverings (unless you are exempt) if entering Reception or Club shops.

Club campsites in England, Scotland and Wales:
Face coverings are no longer mandatory, however we strongly encourage you to continue wearing them in our office/ reception/ shop and all other indoor spaces on our campsites including shared facilities such as toilet blocks, washing up areas and information points to help protect fellow members and staff.

I need to self-isolate, can I stay on a Club site?

In order to minimise the risk of virus transmission to other members, you will not be able to stay on Club sites if you are required to self-isolate. If returning from abroad, please follow Government advice and travel directly to the location where you will be self-isolating.

I'm coming back from overseas and need to self-isolate, can I put my outfit back into storage?

You are welcome to return your outfit to a pre-booked storage facility on return from abroad. However, you will not be permitted to self-isolate on our campsites.

Can I use a toilet or shower tent on my pitch?

All shared facilities on our campsites are now open for use by all campers. Please check on the individual Club campsite page that will advise of any maintenance issues that may affect shared facilities.

Will Club campsite shops be open?

Whilst we are aiming to provide the ability to purchase LPG, toilet chemical and rock pegs at all campsites via a telephone order and collect service paid by credit card, unfortunately some of our campsites will not be providing the usual grocery shop offer. Therefore, please ensure you are as prepared as possible and bring all your grocery essentials with you.

Calor gas – customer notice: There is a UK national shortage of Calor gas cylinders due to the increase in staycations and residential households purchasing cylinders for BBQs, patio heaters and the like. As a result, Calor cannot manufacture the cylinders quickly enough to meet demand. The smaller cylinders are being impacted the most and Calor will currently only supply on a 1 for 1 process. This shortage is likely to impact the market for some months to come and whilst we will endeavour to offer Calor gas sales on site, members and guests should ensure they have sufficient gas prior to arrival on site in case this is not possible. Sites will require an empty bottle to be exchanged with a purchase.

Can we invite visitors on sites?

We are pleased to advise that day visitors are once again welcome on our UK Club campsites.

Storage. Can I access my outfit?

Please contact the campsite directly to make an appointment, preferably at least 24 hours before you plan to visit the site.

Can I bring a maintenance person to site to look over and check the van?

Yes. It would be helpful if you can contact the campsite directly to let them know.

What happens if you have a suspected or confirmed Coronavirus case on the campsite?

If there is a suspected or confirmed Covid-19 case on our campsites, the individual will have been asked to leave the site and advised to follow Government advice.

We are an Affiliated Site / Certificated Location, and wish to apply for the Visit Britain 'We're Good to Go' scheme, can you help?
